William Frederick Hicks-Beach JP (14 July 1841 – 7 September 1923) was the Conservative Party Member of Parliament (MP) for Tewkesbury from 1916 to 1918.
He was born in Whitcombe Park, Gloucestershire, the younger son of Sir Michael Hicks-Beach, 8th Baronet, and his wife Harriett Vittoria (née Stratton). Michael Hicks-Beach, 1st Earl St Aldwyn, was his elder brother. He married firstly 1865 Elizabeth Caroline Tyrwhitt-Drake (1841–1901), by whom he had 5 sons and 3 daughters.[1] His second wife, whom he married 1903, was Emily Susan Christian (1866–1958).[2]
